Gillet Butchers are a family run catering butchers located in Downton, Salisbury.
They currently serve some of the best restaurants, pubs and hotels across Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire, using the best quality locally sourced products
such as Hampshire Lamb, New Forest Venison & award winning Tatchbury Manor Farm Black Pudding.


​Premier Fish’ experienced team ensure our specific fish requirements are met and we work closely with them to get the freshest local fish from their day boats out of lymington and Poole. Premier Fish supply fresh fish, shell fish, smoked fish and molluscs, using only reputable suppliers who have been fully audited and fully understand the importance of sustainability and have procedures in place to help to protect our fisheries and fisherman throughout the UK.


Bread Port is situated along Station Road in the charming market town of New Milton on the edge of the New Forest, Hampshire. Offering a wide variety of
freshly baked artisan bread including Campagne, foccacia, sourdough and flavoured bread as well as freshly baked white sandwich and wholemeal loaves.
They also sell cakes and other treats such as apricot and almond tarts.


Claytons Eggs is a local free range egg producer based in Romsey who take pride in providing  good quality, fresh eggs  with a friendly service.
They have a long history of working in the egg industry and set up their first free range unit in 2003, and have been providing a professional and reliable egg delivery service ever since.


Bloxs Butter is a batch cultured, hand churned, salted and shaped butter.
The result of this more traditional approach to butter making is a much fuller flavour and is based only a stones throw away in the village of Sway making it as fresh and local as possible. Cultured butter is more silky than regular butter and has a richer taste. It is how butter always used to be made and how we believe butter should taste.


Based 10 miles southeast of Salisbury in the village of Landford Lyburn Farm offers a variety of handmade cheeses, all made on the farm using pasteurised milk from their own herd of pedigree cows. There are 6 cheeses in total and although they are pressed, these artisan cheeses are, in general, a softer and a more Continental type of cheese than Cheddar.


The team at Harvest are dedicated to providing us with a wide variety of grocery items including fresh fruit and vegetables. Located in Southampton at their new state of the art depot offers is 6 day a week deliveries ensuring our produce remains fresh.


Gigi brings his passion for real homemade Italian ice cream from his hometown of Alezio to the south coast in central Bournemouth and makes ice cream every day on his premises using local dairy products and incorporates fruit that is in season and available locally, and obviously flavours from around the world.


Distilled exclusively for Forest Park, Brock Gin is a light, elegant gin with a complex floral palette. Carefully distilled in small batches this artisan premium gin contains botanicals of juniper, water mint, cucumber, orris root, angelica root, thyme, lemon peel and orange peel, which reflects the nature of our beautiful New Forest landscape.
We have a rich abundance of wild food on our doorstep and Brock Gin captures and conveys this perfectly.
